Thank you for shopping with JMS Actives! We offer two types of products — items fulfilled directly by us, and items fulfilled by our trusted supplier partners through Shopify Collective. Please see the relevant section below.

Our Products — Fulfilled by JMS Actives

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Standard Shipping — $8.00 (estimated 5–7 business days)
• Express Shipping — $15.00 (estimated 2–3 business days)
• Free Standard Shipping — on all orders $70.00 and over

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Supplier Products — Fulfilled by Our Partners

Some products in our store are sourced from and fulfilled directly by our supplier partners. For these items:

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
• Shipping is available to the United States, Canada, and internationally
• Processing and delivery times vary by supplier and will be reflected at checkout
• Your order will be shipped directly from the supplier to your door

Please note: Supplier-fulfilled orders may arrive separately from JMS Actives-fulfilled items if you order both in the same transaction.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number regardless of who fulfills it.
